Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

• We charge a flat fee of 10 CHF for each shipment.

• Delivery time varies according to the location and availability of the products.

Devolution

• Bikinis and Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of bikinis and underwear.

• Other Products: To return other products, please contact us via email at marfyn@marfyn.ch.

• Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.

• The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use and with all tags attached.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
